BHS-Sonthofen takes over Thoma Elektrosteuerungsanlagen
With effect from 1 January 2020, the business operations of "Thoma Elektrosteuerungsanlagen GmbH" from Babenhausen were taken over by the BHS-Sonthofen group of companies (www.bhs-sonthofen.com) based in Sonthofen (Germany). From this date, the new BHS subsidiary will be known as "BHS Control Systems GmbH & Co. KG" at the previous location in Babenhausen. All employees of Thoma will be taken over and the location will be retained.
All existing business relations and activities will remain unchanged. Your contact persons will continue to look after you actively and reliably.
